Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use InputGarden on your own devices. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of the cards, decks and media artifacts you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and import the content you immerse in. InputGarden is a tool for studying material you lawfully access — it does not provide or license any media catalog.

The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro subscription, when checkout is available, is billed through Clerk Billing and Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation is transparent and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime is a one-time $179 USD purchase that grants the same Pro features, including cloud access and the existing Pro AI policy, permanently on the purchasing account, with no automatic renewal. Canceling a monthly Pro subscription does not remove a separate Lifetime grant. A full refund or definitively lost chargeback reverses only the Lifetime purchase tied to that payment; a partial refund or pending dispute does not remove access, and any separate paid Pro subscription follows its own billing period and cancellation.

AI autofill and lookup are provided on a best-effort basis and may be rate-limited by plan. Generated readings, definitions and sentences can contain errors; verify anything you rely on.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORREZIANLABS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
